Our first purchase of the Adelaide Magic Millions Sale was a strong and athletic colt by the European champion Harry Angel.
From the same farm and sale as stable star Hi Stranger, Harry Angel’s oldest progeny in Australia are two-year-olds and have already included the unlucky Blue Diamond placegetter Arkansaw Kid.
This colt was a precious running type and his dam is a half-sister to the dam of Darley stallions Microphone and Holler.
From his dams three foals to race they have won seven races including a three-time winner in Singapore.
With the average price of the Harry Angel progeny over $100,000 and topping at $460,000, we thought this colt was a bargain.
